Mobile Sauna and Pop-Up Events

State of Nirvana is a mobile wellness service that brings contrast therapy (ice baths and saunas), breathwork, and yoga to businesses, gyms, and individuals. We help people break through comfort zones, improve mental health, and build mental toughness through immersive experiences designed to reset and recharge both body and mind.

We’re predominantly a mobile wellness operation, bringing the benefits of sauna and ice baths right to you—whether it’s for a business, gym, or private session. For the winter, we’ve set up a wood-fired sauna at the Mornington Lifesaving Club, where you can enjoy a sauna session followed by a refreshing dip in cold Port Phillip Bay for the ultimate contrast therapy experience.

We can cater our mobile wellness services to suit your needs, available anytime, day or night, and at any location.

At the Mornington Lifesaving Club, we’re currently operating Friday to Monday, from 7:45 AM to 12 PM. We also offer group bookings upon request for gyms, businesses, and private sunset sessions—just let us know what works best for you!

Contrast therapy is the practice of alternating between hot (sauna) and cold (ice bath or cold plunge) temperatures to improve both physical and mental health.

The heat opens up your blood vessels, promoting circulation and relaxation, while the cold helps reduce inflammation, boosts recovery, and increases energy levels.

The combination of both helps reset your body and mind, enhancing recovery, mental clarity, and overall well-being.

In a contrast therapy session, you can choose to start with either the sauna or the ice bath. If you start with the sauna, you’ll relax and warm up your muscles, then dive into the ice bath to refresh and recharge. Or, if you prefer, you can begin with the cold plunge to shock your system, followed by the soothing heat of the sauna. Either way, you’ll experience the benefits of improved circulation, reduced inflammation, and a clear, focused mind. You’ll be guided through the session, ensuring a safe and empowering experience that leaves you feeling recharged and ready to take on anything.
