The commitment is simple:
1 ice bath every day
Maximum of 10 degrees. Preferably less!
2 minutes minimum
Build to 3 minutes if you choose (you will)
Any time of day
100 consecutive days
Three minutes is 0.2% of your 24 hours.
A fraction so small it barely registers.
And yet, most people hesitate.
The average person spends over an hour a day scrolling.
No effort. No challenge. No pressure.

- 2 Minutes Minimum per Day but building up to 3 if you choose. You can do this at any time of day, but you must show up every day.

- Weekly Updates . Reflect on your progress. What mental chatter is coming up? How are you pushing through it? You will get thought provoking questions as prompts to what you are going through.
If you miss one day
- You may continue the challenge for yourself
- You immediately forfeit all prizes, medals and recognition.
